FedEx Ground and Free FedEx Ground:

Delivery within five business days for orders placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday. Orders containing only clothing items will automatically receive the free ground shipping option at checkout. Orders containing Wellness items, including NORMALIFE products, receive a $10 charge for ground shipping. Wellness items comprise non-clothing items such as health and beauty products, snacks, and books, and are not eligible for free ground shipping.

FedEx 2Day:

Delivery within two business days, for orders placed Monday through Friday by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next business day.

FedEx Standard Overnight:

Delivery the next business day afternoon, for orders placed Monday through Friday by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Same Day Delivery (select areas only):

Same day delivery is available to New York City addresses in Manhattan and NK popular zip codes (see list below). Orders must be placed on weekdays (excluding national holidays) before 3pm local time, and will be delivered between 5pm and 9pm the same day. Please be available at the delivery address during the delivery window to receive the package. If no one is available to receive the package, delivery will be re-attempted the following day for an additional $45 fee.

Eligible delivery addresses include all of Manhattan, and the following zip codes in Brooklyn: 11201, 11205, 11211, 11212, 11215, 11217, 11218, 11222, 11223, 11224, 11230, 11234, 11235, 11237, 11238

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NORMA KAMALI, INC. has partnered with a trusted third-party company, INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT, to fulfill orders for customers wishing to ship to international addresses or pay via international account or service. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and click the "International Checkout" button during checkout. Your items will be transferred to INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT for processing. You may pay via international credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

NORMALIFE health and beauty products are not eligible for returns. Clothing items may be returned as per our return policy.

Returning an item is simple. Try on your purchases in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return them.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

To exchange an item, simply return the item you do not want and order the replacement as normal.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE:

Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to send your items back to us.

Please follow the simple steps below to return your purchase:

  1. Package the item(s) to be returned in their original packaging. Note on the packing slip which items are being returned, and include the packing slip as well.
  2. For your convenience, we have included a FedEx return shipment label with your packing slip. Simply affix the return label to the outside of your package. An additional $8.95 will be deducted from your refund if our FedEx label is used.
  3. To track your package, be sure to retain a copy of the tracking number from your shipment label.
  4. Your return package can be dropped off at any FedEx collection box or given to your FedEx carrier.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own FedEx service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Orders purchased via our trusted third-party partner INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT are eligible for return according to INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT's return policy. RECEIVING A REFUND:

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, any collected sales tax will be refunded. Orders shipped outside the US via our third-party service are subject to their policy listed at https://www.internationalcheckout.com/customer-care.php.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

OUR POLICY:

All items must be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Ineligible Items:

Due to the nature of the merchandise, all Wellness products including NORMALIFE products are considered Final Sale and may not be returned, including but not limited to beauty, cosmetics, culinary, health and massage products.

Repeated Returns:

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged at our discretion or lead to the closure of your normakamali.com account.

Late Returns:

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Norma Kamali Inc. Please contact Customer Service priori to any late return.

Clothing:

Please take care trying on items, as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all garment tags still attached.

Swimwear & Lingerie:

Swimsuits, bikini bottoms, and briefs should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Faulty goods:

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, please contact Customer Service.

Colors:

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on normakamali.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of a color will be completely accurate.

Final Sale:

During our sale clearance, products marked as Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
